'German designer Jil Sander, founder her company in 1968, and became highly regarded for luxury minimal garments for men and women. The wool, silk and cotton blend isn't a true shetland knit but it offers both rugged texture and soft comfort. It's eye-wateringly expensive but unique and well made in Greece.'
